TERMS OF REFERENCE

CUSTOMIZED SHOULDER BAG (CORPORATE GIVEAWAY)

I. OBJECTIVE
To select the most responsive bidder to supply customized shoulder bags as corporate giveaway.

II. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES

1. Supply and deliver three hundred thirty (330) pieces of customized shoulder bag;
2. Submit sample customized shoulder bag and have it approved before actual production;
3. Pack customized shoulder bag singly in HGC paper bag/ wrapper with greeting card for ready distribution. (Design of HGC paper bag/ wrapper to be provided by HGC); and
4. Replace items that are found to be defective.

III. SPECIFICATIONS

1. Color: Green as primary color of bag
2. Size: Approx. 46 x 12 x 40 cm
3. With backing/ inner lining
4. With buckle suspender and sling measuring a minimum of 35 inches in length
5. Material: Polyfine fabric
6. Locking mechanism: zipper enclosure
7. Digital printing of HGC name and logo

IV. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC)
Ninety – nine Thousand Pesos (P 99,000.00) inclusive of VAT (packaging included) chargeable against 2016 Corporate Operating Budget

V. DELIVERY PERIOD
30 days upon approval of final sample

VI. OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1. Sample shoulder bag that will be used for evaluation of proposals; and
2. Certificate of PhilGEPS registration.

The bidder with the lowest proposal and most responsive to HGC’s requirements shall be awarded the contract.
